Result of YOSE II

6 YOSE II videos According to the Youth Opportunities in Social Economy II. that we planned to use in all activities of this project, the results of it should be playful, happy, youthful and promoting the active participation and involvement for the global change. The videos speak for themselves. They show a path of personal growth of volunteers, job shadowers, training course participants together with the local community, from the beginning of the project till its end. They were not shoot in a professional way (for some volunteers it was the first time that they made a video), they look very “home-made” but partners agree that this give them some extra closeness to the young people. We will use the videos when we further promote the EVS and Erasmus+ Program, where as well some of the volunteers will participate. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZm9KXIfFTg https://www.facebook.com/fundacion.aea/videos/2141052799557050/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SxLjQAzlFtA&t=2s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OeXkOcwjnfg&feature=youtu.be&fbclid=IwAR1TtCBCI1364Rrnhu8Ypp2OxQIi4MTM2YEwpIa1p788JItkXeUbTs4lOTU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LVDzBPkX1ys https://www.facebook.com/autonomiaedescoberta/videos/295735581059834/ Brossure of the Training Course in Bhubaneswar India The international seminar in Bhubaneswar, where 19 Youth workers improved their training skills to work on empowerment of young people (NEETs), has been developed based on the needs of the these participants (that were detected previously) but again open enough to be used by a vast number of youth workers who would like to foster active citizenship and develop employability skills with groups of young people, especially NEETS or young people with fewer opportunities in wider sense. The brossure is available on the webpage of Fekete Sereg, on bevolunteer.net, on the dissemination platform of Erasmus+, on the websites of the partners. We will as well put some extra effort after the lifetime of the project, presenting this training as a good practice in tool fairs, conferences and other meetings of professionals of Youth practice in Europe. Available here: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/folders/1N5M-PcRR1im38VPnyVOtIXCYlr1Mv05g 20 vlogs from volunteers In connection to other EVS projects that are coordinated by Fekete Sereg (YOSE 2, MY EARTH…) or where Fekete Sereg is partnering (LEMON), we tend to always use this page for dissemination and promotion of EVS opportunities, information about EVS project and hosting organizations out of Europe, and finally, all the written blogs or other products made by volunteers are published there. Consequently we are generating a big community of young people and organizations all over the globe that use this page for consultation, promotion, young people to read the stories of other peers that are living an amazing experience abroad and would like to do the same. Through this EVS stories we can see how young people is changing personally, how young people confront difficult situations and deal with them, how the impact of their work is slowly becoming more and more visible and conscious. We were positively surprised to see how seriously the writing of this blog was taken by YOSE II volunteers and finally, it was a great basis to make the final evaluation of their learning achievement and write their Youthpasses after that. The methods aimed to be developed and used by participants of the Seminar in Bhubaneswar in India, the exEVS volunteers volunteering experience, Job Shadowers in their local communities with NEETS, empowering them in developing a variety of competences improving their status quo and empowering them to become active citizens, local volunteers, future EVS/ESC volunteer co-creating their local environments and having easier their access to the labour market, creat a small social solidarity enterprise. This first draft of concrete actions that the participants developed is annexed to the report of the training. After this phase the youth workers tried it out with young people, with min. 24 hours local dissemination workshop, and finally after testing it, we have the final reports of the National Local Activity reoports to be further disseminated and exploited after this project is finished. Each partner went in different direction, depending on the real needs of young people and their communities. All of the activities were based on non-formal educational principles that enable full participation and development of each participant, in a very high percentage are gamified, diverse, dynamic, combination of indoor and outdoor activities, involve a holistic approach to learning and with a clear notion of connection to their reality. One of the results of these local activity workshops is that the partners have reached different number of young people with whom we are having further collaboration, they get motivation to be EVS/ESC volunteer in the future thanks to the dissemination exEVS volunteers discussion, enabling the development of the local volunteering, more knowledge social solidarity economy and our communities mutually. Firstly, because of voluntary work that will bring positive impact on the community, but as well because of the empowerment of the community itself to fight with their problems.
